6mm CSL Pellets. CSL Pellets are arguably the most popular ones used in carp fishing. Our pellets contain high quality CSL, refined CSL powder and vegetable flours. Product does not contain oil. They are manufactured through compression to create a final product with an airy structure and a cylindrical shape. Our pellets are crumbly and non-oily. The primary uses of CSL Pellets are for drawing fish in with early baiting up, or topping up your baited area to keep fish interested. In addition, they can also be used in groundbaits to make them richer, or they can themselves be turned into a form of paste if they are prepared with hot water. Our Selects Baits team uses them mostly as an addition to the Sweet CSL groundbait. Our CSL Pellets dissolve in a matter of minutes regardless of water temperature and for the next 30-45 minutes gradually give off key attractants, easily digestable proteins and energy sources. CSL Pellets are compatible with virtually any additives, but please be advised that some nutritional liquids may completely dissolve the pellets if they are soaked for longer periods of time. We particularly recommend CSL, Bloodworm Protein, Red Spice (to slow down dissolution time), or Salmon Oil (for summer use exclusively). If you do use our pellets in addition to fishmeal based boilies, we recommend you use L030 or Liquid Liver as additives. Select Baits 6mm CSL Pellets can be used throughout the entire season.
