PLUM is a flavor with a particularly strong scent. It can be safely labelled as one of the most enticing scents, for fish as well as for anglers. It is one of the few universal flavors that works equally well with heavy fishmeals as with light birdfoods. Its most famous use has been in fishmeal boilies as a secondary flavor next to the central fish or crustacean scent. It is such a versatile flavor that it works well even in seemingly illogical pairings, and works exceptionally well with almost polar opposites such as Squid & Octopus. You can literally mix it with anything! It becomes even more efficient when combined with a sweetener and our insider tip is first and foremost Thaumantin. If you do want to add that little extra edge, add a few drops of Black Pepper Oil. Plum flavor works just as well with common carp as it does with grass carp and is quite frequentlly used with particles in addition to boilies. Add the flavor while soaking the particules, but rest assured it will resist the boiling process. Use higher doses only if you are looking for instant attraction in short sessions. For prebaiting, medium or long sessions when you are looking for that bigger fish, use smaller doses. Recommended dose: 5-10ml per kilogram of mix.
