SC070 Herring Fishmeal boasts a 70% protein content, much higher than the regular 66% specific to whitefish meals. Because it is produced at low temperatures (LT processing), our herring fishmeal retains most of the meat's original nutrients. In addition, the hefty oil content (8%) gives the herring fish meal a truly unique flavor. We are therefore fully confident in stating that this fishmeal is really at the top of its market niche.
